I hold phillinpo citzen and work in kuwait and i have permit resdient here?

my employer are american citzens and they want me to go with them to visit isreal,my question is do i need a visa to enter isreal ,i have phillipno pport,and do i have to worry about anything going there,we will be traveling to jordan first then cross by land to isreal. if anyone can help me out please, thanks
