Would it have happened under the last administration?

i think it was the bush administration that caused this economic mess that we and the world are in but in fairness i have not seen any true insight by obama that will lead to a timely solution. but would Hezbollah been voted out of power the streets of iran filled with protesters and russia allowing us to fly over their skies in route to osamastan saving us more then 100 million dollars. what do you think
