Is it time to throw away these pacifiers when my twins can put the entire thing in their mouths?

its time to throw them away, anything that can fit in the mouth is not a good play thing for babies, they could swallow them and choke, a kid in my town put a 2 inch diameter rubberball in his mouth and accidently swallowed it and choked to death, you dont want to risk it, they can find a new toy
