What does it mean when you use the Equate with the purple cap and...?

I did an equate pregnancy test and mine was positive and Im pregnant. Just because you had mild bleeding doesnt mean you had a miscarriage. Where you cramping..I dont think it would be mild if you lost your baby..Do you know for sure that you miscarried?
