What's going on with this ingrown hair ?

it probably isn't the type of bump you normally have. it could be a spider bite or something. something the size of a skittle doesn't sound like an ingrown hair and the reason why it isn't draining is probably because it's not filled with fluid, the bump could be filled with scar tissue or something else that's solid. think about a mosquitoe bite, it's a bump but it won't drain but clear pus and sometimes blood will some out if you pick at it or squeeze it. if it was a mosquitoe bite it would be itchy and would increase in size but there are other bug bites that hurt rather than itch and won't increase in size.
