Sims 2 Apartment Life PC: Help, I need cheats to enable build mode in apartment..?

Please, do anyone know what's the cheats that i need to type to enable build mode in Sims 2 Apartment Life for PC. I need a fireplace..not for warming my Sims (as I can buy the heater), but I need it to make Santa come to my apartment because I have Holiday Party pack..and i also don't wanna move out..
