Should I tell me boss?

I work at a nursing home as a dietary aid. There is this guy that I work with that hugs me a lot and asks me what my opinions are on relationships. He asked me for my number so I gave it to him. On tuesday he texted me about wanting to 'tap that'. Should I tell my boss or my mom?
