Is the that most people acquire on their mouth the same as the people get on their ?

Alright so I thought that on the or was horrible and will stay with you for life putting an end to any girl wanting to have or oral. But now I read that through one can acquire the genital on their mouth as oral. Then I read that 90 percent of people get oral by the time their 21, so wouldn't that translate to them 90 percent of people getting genital through ? I am very confused basically what Im asking is are cold sores mouth herpes the same **** as genital herpes and can be translated to both and mouth, and is it a life time disease that reappears for a lifetime? If I know somone with cold sores should I refrain from kissing them and if a person has a form of herpes on the mouth should they still refrain from giving oral to a person with it on the or would the virus be the same?
