The only problem with your system is the graphics chip. Are you using a laptop? It may run at 10-25fps at lowest possible settings, but I wouldn't expect anything more than that from an integrated GPU. That said, I'm not very knowledgeable of how optimized the graphics engine is for COD, I tend to play BFBC2 instead.
