NFL Week 17 2010 picks! need help?

k... so there are teams that will not play their starters for risk of injury... or for just the first quarter. There are also teams that NEED to win in order to have first round by week, home field advantage, and to just make it to the play offs. So what would YOUR picks be? i have my picks i just want to compare them, For example, im currently picking the raiders over KC, Raiders are out, but they will play their starters, KC is in, and will probably not play their starters. so im thinking raiders have an advantage even though its in KC? your thoughts? thanks for your input!
