Why are Americans such babies during these presidential debates?

There are definitely ground rules laid out for the questioners. They can't get belligerent with the candidates or the moderators. They are screened pretty heavily -- perhaps too much so. The ones who ask questions are not all the way to Hillary's "plants," but they are chosen because they reflect the questions the moderator wants to ask.
