Writers: Opinions on...?

It's not offensive, but unless your novel is a comic one, I wouldn't use it. I don't think it would work in a serious book, and also, OCD is basically a serious weakness that *prevents people from actually getting things done*, so as a symbol I'm not sure it works unless the group is comically/woefully inept at what it's supposed to do.
