How to get glue STAINS out of UGGs?

Do you know how to do this without washing them? The pair of UGGS that I got them on were my UGG slippers and not my boots... Crap. There's a STAIN only, I got to get the glue off before it dried. I don't want to wash because the slippers I got the stain on has a HUGE fur collar on the outside... help?
